This makes a single serving.
Ingredients:
2 hard boiled eggs chopped into small pieces (Carrie puts them through the egg slicer twice, rotating 90 degrees after the first pass.)
1 1/2 TBS mayo
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 TBS finely minced dill pickles (you can substitute dill relish)
1 tsp dill pickle brine
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Eat.
